i read HDB mtb say that normally drop outrate is 50%! :x but u see the Clementi Ridges drop out rate is very very low.not sure about this. hopefully price will scare people away! =x

i have a question. like if the queue number falls within the number of units, does that mean confirm can get a house ? or if suay suay ethnic quota hit then jiu cannot le.

yes, you are right. also depending on ethnic quota. if too many chinese, you may not get a unit also.

I heard after the results release, usually have 20% - 30% drop out.

My friend and her slibing both of them applied and got queue number below in the 600+ range. Also staying near parent scheme. One of them also not considered first timer. Guess they are damn lucky.

i guess i shdnt complain.. i tot 677/823 suck-ed cos i may not get to select the Waterway n may be forced to select Edge..

went to see Edge again.. actually not that bad.. got more amenities around
