Maybe they issue u queue no first bcos 899 is not far off from 823.. So in the case of a few dropouts u stand a chance to choose a unit.. If all 823 units all taken before ur appt date, they will send update to ur hdb homepage asking u no need come for appt?

Yup! That's true. Everyone with a ballot number will be given an appt date. So if there's drop outs or racial quota not fulfilled yet when it comes to your date; HDB will still get to attend to u as per scheduled.

Just recd notice from hdb that I hav been assigned a selection date for March SOB which is out of queue. But I have already got a queue nbr for Punggol May BTO. 0_O and the SOB selection date is later thn the Punggol's one. Wth....

From what I know, you will need to contact HDB if you are unable to attend on the appointment date. But do note that priority will be given to the rest who are still in the queue.

So advise not to miss the appointment date.

This will depend on the income of u and your wife le... I bought a KW flat during 09 SOBF. Every mth we need to top up $200 and we just convert all payments in CPF. So no need to top up anymore... U better do your finances properly...

dont worry.. you can have n number of queues simultaneously... but you can only go for and make a selection of one, per your preference.

Ya it depend on the couple's income and lifestyle. Hard to cope or not we cannot tell you, like he said, you have to do your sum first and see if you can live with it.

where got no different? same level difference is more than 20+K leh...

I expect 50k cos HDB told me Premium and Standard difference is 10% of total selling price.
