i think the 2xx is diff q.

i am 36x-37x and am at end aug.

I'm 28x queue. So e timing is correct. Looking at this means they clearing at least 10a day.

Lol. Hope we can select a unit of our choice. I'm 28x. Which means Hdb gg to clear e queues in 3mths as there are others with appt in oct. As there r also other bto. I think they may clear 10 a day at least.

maybe possible. they maybe clearing the hotter property like sengkang punggol 1st than allocate more ppl to the Q in KW. currently they clearing only Q of 4-5 a day if that day they are working on KW.

No different for documents to bring for your selection. Only different is 2nd appt signing for lease agreement. Need to bring letter of offer from banks instead of HLE.

I thought, just NIRC/Past 3 Months Pay Statement/$2k/Fill up their Form (Sign it) and thats all? HLE loan they will do for u on the spot?

Heard from my friend that this is not bad.... Fixed rate of 1.38% for a total of 4 years but comes with conditions...

1) Fixed for first 2 years
2) Fixed for another 2 years (but need to write in a letter to request for this, very funny)
3) Got to buy an insurance package from them but I heard quite cheap...
