yeah the shop houses are privately owned and most is owned by 1 family.

i hope they dun build something high and block my whatever little view i have left. lol

Worst case, the remaining 46 Chinese selected a unit in BL.
The last q number before quota for Chinese at BL is reach would be 776+46 = 822

Worst case, the remaining 173 Chinese selected a unit in MT.
The last q number before quota for Chinese at MT is reach would be 776+173= 949

Before the stary of the week . It was like 100 % BL.
But the drop out rate for the last four days is so low.

Now its 75% BL and 25% drop out.
