maybe I saw you just now. lol. was there earlier as well to submit my HLE application.
KW is may bto, means at least 1 of you must be working from may 2011 - may 2012 (1 year) to meet the requirement of AHG.
I can confirm its at the point of application too. Part time is also taken into consideration. They are quite strict on this, garmen money sibei pai gia (hard to take)![]()
I was there just now too! Was one of those people surrounding the MT model..
Were you with your wife and a child on stroller ???
If low levels are not a concern then I think that 276/278 are still good or 270 if you like the layout with the slightly bigger kitchen.
Gd luck for those selecting on Sunday!
if i may ask, why are these 3 units better than the rest ? is it because of the "sea view" ?
Mainly on 2 criteria, west sun and view. These units are not affected by west sun, only slightly affected by morning sun (morning sun is also can be quite hot, 274 gets a a fair bit of it due to the angle). And as you pointed out the "sea view". But this is more from a perspective of distance from other blocks. Actually in terms of the view, I think at lower floors, the best view is actually at 286, but you have west sun issues. 270 actually has about 30% of the living room view blocked by 272. At lower floors I'm not sure if noise might be a concern, because I do expect a decent amount of people walking along the park connector. The fitness station is also in front of 270.
I prefer units which windows don't get west sun, but which service yards get some west sun like 276 and 270. The distance from 278's service yard to 286 is quite small though about 7 meters. The distance from 270 to 278's service yards is around 12 meters. Concern is whether can dry clothes and whether the kitchen will be dark if there's not enough sun particularly on lower floors. I've seen units that get almost no sun in the service yard and hence the kitchen, but these are mainly if the service yard is enclosed in the block, you can see stack 123 or 111 in BL as an example. To a slightly lesser extent 129 or 105 in BL.
The reason why 270 gets mentioned is for its layout. If you like its layout then it is considered as opposed to 268, which has some west sun. In addition at lower floors 268 is a bit too close to the rubbish collection point. Also for 268 you need to verify that the living room windows can't see the rubbish point (I did check the model and think it should be facing a full height wall).
If you disregard the layout, then 276 gets my vote. Followed by 278 then followed by 270. Additional benefit of 276 is it is at the corner of the corridor. 276 and 278 will have the link bridge to the carpark.
Of course these stacks have pretty low level units left only. If higher levels are preferred then the equation changes.
Thanks!!! Final count down
what time's your appt bro ? im like the last few for today.
