mine was charged and auto waived without calling in . maybe you can wait for statement come and see if its the same

Statement date suppose to be today (every 25th) last month statement 30th then come in (dated 25th jun) their system very slow de. .

Which other bank need statement tgen can update? ... statekent is for transactions already done later to refer... using the card/transactions if all waiting statement then can do then the card got what use and if got fraud must also wait until statement confirmed? Also they said only telephony systems n not staff can do the waiver... but why the telephony waiver systems is only office hours then hv the option?

Also i should hv notification as long as there is sgd1 charged/used but still nothing until o check then know... aiya nevermind

Sorry being long winded... MB also took me few months to settle fraud (cos they slow, charge me all the fees n after few months then sorry refund everything... slow) mayb my bad experience..

Aiya if cannot waive off then jus cancel... mayb jus with me they are slow... lol

Anyone of you have issue with MYR spend this mth which is not under your 5 categories and it's not moving to the MYR/IDR cattery in treats app even after waiting for days? I have hit the $800 spend BTW. But I have monitored a few days but it's just stuck in the other spend. Not sure if I'm the only one having this issue and should I keep waiting or wait for mth end and see how much they credit me?

I made those transactions before I hit 800, I hit 800 since last Thursday, its still not moving to MYR/IDR row for the last few days though. So am wondering if anyone has the same issue.

no need hit $800 first for it to be under MYR, assuming not excluded MCC. So is it reflected under others now? When was it reflected

The transaction are posted since 16 sep. It didn't move to the MYR spend category. Definitely not excluded MCC, it's petrol, not under my 5 category

My treats app clock 800+, but the maybank app is 500+ I don't think this is the cause right? Cos its by calendar mth spending based on posting date, right?

What I understood was that the card linked to the capita app was to get capita$ when you spent with the linked Mastercard in the malls by the form of presenting the physical card or Apple Pay. That is for the form of crediting the capita$ and the category ur spending falls under remains the same regardless u linked the card with the app anot.
btw U can use the app to pay with their capita$ only n not linked card.

Was concerned on the type of categories at bank end as the payment gateway would be at app end so thinking may be affected. In fact I have sent an email to capitastar team when they first sent out email notify the changes but no responses from them.

To clarify, as long as the card is linked in capitastar app, I tap the card at any capitaland malls merchants or for fairprice, using the same card in fairprice app, it will be clocked under the respective banks' categories?

dun think pay via fairprice app will get capitastar, can use physical card or mobile contactless at fairprice to get capitastar+8% for groceries category
