On a 2nd look, the credit card category is limited to platinum visa only. I thought can include the family & friends card.

Yes, specifically only for their Platinum Visa.

According to TnC, you will only get the bonus interest the end of the following month. I also didn't get my bonus interest

I got my first bonus interest at 15-May.. It is not the highest if you are high spender. BOC has highest interest rate if I am not wrong.

But Maybank SaveUp is good substitute with similar conditions as OCBC 360 that I have terminated.

Income tax is counted as part of GIRO + other bill payments, should be easy to hit $300 GIRO. $500 credit card spend is same as most of other bank requirements.
