3.0.0.4.378_8248 5Ghz Beamforming ?

Updated the firmware with beamforming, however seems to be getting high ping and slow speed with 5Ghz band.
Disabled beamforming and speed back to expectations.
Is beamforming still broken for the 5Ghz?

So far I've found a GUI issue when I select "AiCloud" Tab, it shows "USB Application" as selected instead, so I need to go to another tab in order to access "USB Application" one.
Well, and WPS issue is still present.

Later I'll continue testing it deeper.

Well I found an issue with my ISP WAN.
I got a typical PPPOE connection (user&pass) to assign me a dynamic IP.

The case is that with this configuration my IPV6 DHCP-PD which should be distributed over the PPP tunnel doesn't work.

My ISP provider told me that I should set DHCP-PD with ::2/64 pool and the router should be able to autoconfigure.

Therefore I set Native IPV6 with DHCP-PD enabled on PPP interface and stateless configuration and it fails to works Tested on 7177 and the latest 8248.

Can see many improvement on the GUI...

But sad to say, most of the issues at 5GHz are still there. Like Beamforming, WPS, battery drain and maybe MU-MIMO.

I updated the 8248 firmware! Also adopted a hard reset the router. But I found that after I use 2wan, plug in the router installation Thunder offline download files will appear automatically restart the phenomenon of 1-2 hours. I do not start the Thunder widget is still being tested. Unclear firmware files or plug problem!

Well I'm at 8248 currently, I only tried to run it on 7177 and 8248 as I switched ISPs recently and the new one provides native IPV6 over DHCP-PD over PPPoE.
