I gave up on xiaomi liao. Always play the waiting game in SG. Moreover, their Standard Rom does not allow move APP to Sd Card. Even my zenphone 6 can do so. Their note was also laggy, hope meizu's note is better

Only thing I do not like is the lack of external microsd card storage n on removable battery for this. But color range is fun.

Sry can check with you is the 4G working fine? Any connections lost? What is the available space like? 12gb after downloading all the software thingy?
Yea working fine.. Just that u need to get the APN settings correct, got a shock when the label on the box shows TD-LTE but can connect to starhub LTE network. Still wondering why.. Haha

Been using my M1 Note for 1.5 weeks. Been a surprisingly good experience thus far:

Pros:
1. IGZO display is vibrant and sharp with excellent viewing angles. Its fluidity is even better than my Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
2. Mediatek 6752 chipset works very well through my gaming and seems to give off less heat than Snapdragon 801.
3. Flyme UI is smooth and friendly.
4. Rear 13MP camera takes very nice quality photos amongst its non-OIS counterparts, even in dim lighting.
5. Speaker is loud.
6. Battery life is very good, especially its amazingly long lasting standby time.
7. Wifi Dual band works well.
8. Price is very very awesome for its specs and build.

Cons:
1. Home button can be annoying when using it as Back command. It closes the app half the time when it doesn't register correctly.
2. No expandable storage though the internal 32GB is ample for my usage.....for now.
3. No separate volume adjust for notification.
4. No Quick charging that Qualcomm offers.
5. Front cam's Beauty mode is too conservative, even when tuned to max level. With that said, some folks might actually prefer it that way.

Just my two cents' worth :o

Is the wifi decent? I understand that without 802.11AC it is pretty slow in internet compared to other phone on the market with it.

From my own experience, it falls behind Wifi ac but M1 Note is definitely better than those with only Wifi mono band :)

My m1 note just arrived. I am trying to figure out the following:

1) Where is the regular back button? Sliding up on the home button seems like exit application than back

2) I like the exchange email client in Samsung phones. The one with the red @ sign on a white envelope. How to install this in meizu note?

Thanks a lot.

I went here today to buy the phone. They didn't have any Meizu phones and didn't know when it will arrive. They did know that it was supposed to arrive soon, but didn't know anything about pricing or that casing and tempered glass was offered by Meizu with the GST price. It's a UMobile store (I guess there are no pure Meizu stores in Malaysia), will certainly not be touchpoint. Not very big but at least not pushcart :) They said the other JB stores didn't have it either.

i called them up, all three JB dealers - Lot S10, Aeon Tebrau City Shopping Centre, 81100 Johor Bahru, has stock, run by malayisan chinese...

but apparently the whole country ran out of MX4 Pro, i gave up waiting liao, waited since feb, end up, went over to Aidix82 and get one...

SGD $590. so far ok , he help me install Google Play Store ..

apparently the export set has more "bandwidth" than malaysia one ..
least written on the box ..

Singtel 4G LTE can work ... no issue

yes, there is no "back button", even for MX4 Pro, also like to point out, stock launcher has no "app drawer" so if u really miss that, u can put in a custom launcher ...
i use Nova ... very smooth
