how well it fits... make sure there isn't too much room and too baggy along the chest/waist/sleeves
make sure sleeves are not too long(when your hands are down should not have like excess cloth), cuffs should be able to fit your watch(unless your watch is extra big)
collar should be comfortable when buttoned, and well... the usual shoulder width...

got my shirt ler! sorry lazy take pics now :o
will do it after washing and ironing..

fits well, not baggy, kinda perfect fitting. sleeves are just right. cuff can fit watch too cuz i told him to measure together with my watch.

collar is abit stiff cuz i requested for harder collar.. but still it's good!

but the shirt material feels really soft and crumples easily.. 2ply cotton...

overall experience, design and quality: 8/10 stars!~:D

my 2 shirts from domanchi also easy become giam cai, hard to iron also.

g2000 ones are better thats why i always buy from them. but design wise, zzzzzzzz

crumples easily is due to material right? i thought cotton is like that one?

i think there are non-crumple materials to choose from too la..

cotton usually creases more easily
how much it creases depends on the exact fabric and the design on the fabric
cuff must fit the watch meaning the cuff must be able to cover the watch without being too tight or too loose la
most of my old G2000 shirts can't fit my watch at all or is tight when trying to "hide" my watch inside the cuff
and no, neither my watch nor my wrists are exceptionally big
one of the reasons y i stopped wearing G2000 shirts a long time ago

for cuffs they usually have to redo the whole cuff
next time u go, wear your watch down and tell them u'd like it smaller but enuff to fit your watch
if u don't wear watches then tell them u'd rather not have any leeway for watches

He did ask me if i wear watch and i told him no le. Also, i told him i prefer slim fitting shirt. He also did warn me the pros and cons of slim fitting shirt. Maybe i had expect it to be more slim fitting.:p heheheehe

I think u mean something like polyester mix cotton? I think tailors dun bring in those materials.
Main reason, its hot VERY HOT! Coz of the polyester mixed in, the material isnt very airy wan... :(
If u buy before from some designs in Topman u may notice that.

That day i heard the tailor told a regular customer what Irish cotton for pants. That can even cost $120!:s31:

single cuffs are like the normal shirts u find everywhere.... with 1 or 2 buttons
french cuffs are those which use cufflinks

yes G2000 clothes are mostly made of polyester or polyester-blends
they're synthetic so tend to crease less

so... thats the pros and cons of a slim fitting shirt and what is considered slim fit to u?

$120 for a pants is not that expensive actually... since most decent non polyester-**** fabrics already start at around $90 $100

i got one from domanchi with cufflinks.

the end area is extra long, so will be folded when i use cufflinks.

soi guess if i make the single cuff, those traditional button type de, fold up look better?

anyway, i got no problem with g2000's material. maybe because most of the time im indoor.

G2000 now is mostly polyester and polyester mix???
Coz I only have 1 shirt from G2000. The smallest size of theirs(15) still too big for me, so i never buy from them anymore...:(
But last time i rem they mostly is cotton wan.

Slim fit for me the issue is more of the wrist width, armpit areas and length of sleeves. Coz I think my body frame not that nice. Hands consider abit short for my chest size...:p

$120 not ex?
I dunno lor, coz i also very long never buy outside ready made pants coz they only bring in sz28, which also still big for me... :(

wool material pants are so call the better materials as compared to polyester(btw, no one really buy cotton pants for work).
The pros is more designs to choose from, better comfort and more warmth.
Cons is coz its wool, so some ppl's skin might get sensitive after several wearings.

Only prob is if they carry the material and design u want lor...

I might also be thinking of doing tailor shirt soon too. Just to try it. Where is a good place to get some tailor shirts for around $100? How is the material like?
