u will need to control the oil production. for what i know is if u cannot produce oil u can't have acne. try to siam food that contain high iodine. iodine is 1 factor proven to cause acne if u eat too much.

erm catephil i am not very sure good or not la, but tea tree is good as tea tree is a natural anti bacterial. however it can only control the surface problem. it's controlling the internal that is more importance. drink more water, eat healthy, slp early and stay happy cos stress also can lead to more acne. try to find product that can help to maintance the PH balance.

i wish to ask how to go about getting a proper chemical peeling from professional.

is it have to go poly clinic then refer to other hospital things like that?

it would be nice if kind soul could provide how much the cost for each treatment etc etc.

i believe you can go straight to the hospital.. 1 forummer here went to raffles hospital for that treatment, seems quite ok~ 1 treatment seems to be about 100$

i dont recommend hospitals though since its like abit of heng suay see which doctor you get.. i recommend this one, Dr L Khoo at Paragon #15-06, although if your condition is very mild i dont think he will recommend it to you.

ps: if your skin is very sensitive, this is not the right treatment for you

yes thats me, when im still in the housing line lol.

now totally different liao a lot of acne and pigmentation, thats why i think i stay behind screen and trade better
