Every telco will bill one month in advance. Eg my M1 bill dated 2 June will bill from 2 June to 1 July plus whatever extra usage charge incurred from 2 May - 1 June.

Zero1 seemed to send their bills late and on irregular dates but when I checked their bills, everything ok so far. Eg for 1 Apr invoice date, it will show billing period /current usage for 1 Mar to 31 Mar and advance subscription for 1 Apr - 30 Apr. Nothing wrong with this.

I recently terminated my Zero1 line by end June (as I have too many lines already), so far no issue with over billing yet.

Huh? I thought it's like power supply, you are billed for the previous month. Hence post paid. Not meh?

Edit : My bad. Just checked and you're right. I never noticed that. Lol

Ya they screwed up ur bills. For mths, they didn’t deduct from ur cc. I think is last mth they send me over $100+ ( i have 2 lines). After after calling them and double checking my statement cc statement, indeed few mths bo deduction.

Still, i think is really fkup. At least give us vouchers.

I understand some didn't check their cc bills so didn't know Zero1 have not been charging to their cc for 2 months so when they one shot bill 3 months worth the amount, they thought they have been triple billed.

While some just see the amount is correct so didn't check the details.

So for those no billing issue good for you but other than check cc bills, also check the billing details is accounting for the correct periods. Go way back prior to the issue to make sure it isn't like my case where they invoice for march payment when it was already paid (even though was subsequently told to ignore and weren't charge to cc) and then subsequent payment include double payment for Apr (one is shown as adjustment) or something similar. I know from fb at least 2 others faced exactly the same issue as I because they replied to my post.

But I won't be surprised if there's customers who are actually overbilled given the mess.

Still have to check probably. They really few month never charge you and so bill all together. But the bill got over lap 1 month for both my lines. Last dec also double bill once. I just forgo it thinking it may correct later or it just error once only. I have already cancel both my line.

My activation date was reflected on the website 7 days earlier than the actual date. I emailed them. I was given rebate in the form of bill adjustment. They can't change the activation date.

Note: billing should only start from the date of activation reflected online. You may want to check with Zero1.

to those looking to port over to Zero1, i would advise you NOT to.

1 month ago, i was looking for a cheaper plan for my dad and i proceed to sign up on their website. Had I done my homework earlier, i wouldn't be stuck in this **** now.

Emailed them immediately when i had issue but only got an reply 3 weeks later. Super difficult to terminate and as you see what others have wrote, since they are holding your credit card details, frequent charges often billed to the credit card for no reason. Holy ****!

Hi for those who port out successfully to gomo or other providers, may I know what date of the billing cycle did you port out from? Example if zero1 billing cycle is 1st of every month. Approx 10days before next cycle?

seeing all the complaints, zero1 shouldn't even be in business anymore if they are that bad
