If I remember correctly, the tip of the pen can be removed with a tweezer, just like a typical Note 3 stylus. Curious why they dun just send you a few nibs instead? And the nib is made of rubber IIRC...

Check this link: http://surfaceproartist.com/blog/2014/6/11/suface-pro-3-pen-nib-wear-no-problem-says-microsoft

??????? Why didn't Microsoft just include ~10 nibs in the package? Isn't it cheaper than shipping nibs and all the trouble involved (setting up a new support case, contacting the local couriers, having the courier arrange a time, etc). Even the note 3 ships with 5 extra nibs..

What I understand is that Microsoft didn't expect the user of Surface Pro 3 to use the pen so frequently...hence they never factor in the wear and tear. This is only a temp solution and in future, consumer will have to pay for the nib when it wear out. So it will be "wise" to get extra nibs (FOC) from Microsoft before the nib replacement take its place.

Control panel then? I searched for advanced but none came out for advanced options...

Go to desktop

right click on battery icon on taskbar

click on change plan settings

click on change advanced power settings

look for processor power management

there you will have max/min processor state

Using bluestacks to emulated Android.
It is quite amazing being able to play clash of clans, etc but gfx speed is quite bad.
Anyway to improve?
Or are there any other android emulators which are better?

Best of both worlds really!

Do you need to open Bluestack to check your whatsapp message every time?

hey anyone got problem with using the double click of the back button to do a screen shot? Mine doesn't seem to work. Clicking once does bring me to one note to create a new note though.
