hmmm learnt a little about oc-ing.
thank's ionicle

Thanks everyone... oh crap... i ran out of multiquote... i merely spent like 1 hour to complete this due to too many questions and i am too lazy to type all these over and over again..

once again... hoped you find them useful...

of course i left out certain information like how is the BCLK is lined to core, QPI and dram and such.... but those can be easily found all over the web...

thanks for this guide.. I'm gonna need this soon.

Great guide. EVGA so far I have not failed in OC all 920 to 4Ghz without sweat. C0/C1 or D0 revision. the bios screen pretty sums up the easy OC setup.

SUI!!!!!!!!! when i get x58 moi will ask chiu! :D

Haha, time an overclocking guide came out. nice pictures and explanation!! Up for overclockers!!

Good guide...

Was disappointed to see the multiplier for NB starts from X16... :(
Other than that, easy to OC on this board

thanks thanks... i hope this is user friendly enough to read. :s13::s13:

Bro, can't get my pc to sleep, sth to do with S3?

yup... er... i recall pa9797 saying something like this before.

which version of bios are using?

anything newer than S719 the S3 bug is fixed and u can just enable it under the bios. :s13::s13::s13:

Hi pa9797,

Can you post your OC configuration? I am using a C0/C1 i7 920 and cant get a stable 4.0Ghz.

And sorry to TS for using your tread.

Thanks.

deeper information yea..

but that will warrant another 10page long essay which i shall not do that, unless NR bro wants to give an online lecture :p
