I am using SingTel BBoM 1Mbps in Jurong West. I havent encountered disconnections before, but during the peak hours from 7+ to around 10pm, the connection is good enough only for surfing or short videos, where the connection will intermittently have zero traffic every few seconds.

not on the connection now so I cant give any speed tests. but when I do I will..

I would say i am quite lucky den! this is my speeds i have gotten using SH's maxmobile ultimate at SIM clementi area!

With my ex-M1 1 Mbps it wasn't a problem. Sitting inside McDonald in BB and inside JE library I was able to surf and download pretty well.

Haven't try with my new M1 7.2 Mbps though

However, the 2 places you mentioned: JE Library is near to the M1 HQ at International Business Park & McDonald BB is just 2-3 shops/doors away from the M1 Shop @West Mall.... how about in the HDB areas ?

lol i dun see how the proximity of the locations to the m1 hq and m1 shop has any relation with the network.
