Should be the same speed as your main MBB plan.

Just enquired Singtel on this. As you said, the speed will be same as what it is on the main SIM. If main SIM is 4G, 2nd SIM is also 4G.
In terms of speed, it would be somewhat equivalent to BBOM 75 plan.

Speed for the three telco, slowest is Starhub then M1 then Fastest is Singtel.

took the 3g $19.90 plan....

a check with ookla on my lappy using wifi....download is 3.36....
