Just changed 6.075 at raffles arcade second floor, money changer somewhere in the middle of the stretch. I requested for non 1000 notes but was told they only give mix.

It is not worthwhile to change currencies in Hong Kong. We tried that last year and we regretted it. You will only change there during an emergency. Otherwise, please change in Singapore first.
