Try ChunKing Mansion. There is a couple of exchanges which provides not bad rates. Eg. 'Singapore Money Changer' (shop name really call this... haha).

Do not change at those Road side stalls thats bears 'Western Union' names. I REPEAT THAT.
Those exchange rates sucks.
