(Monitor) Any comment on dell u2713hm monitor ?

I received mine today as well...about 1 week from order date.

Revision A01...perfect panel (no flaws detected yet).

Same revision as mine bro. Colors are consistent. no dead or bright pixels detected.
So far been liking it.

I plug in a one end of a 3.5mm audio cable to the monitor and the other end to Altec Lansing VS2421 aux jack. I hook up acryan playon!hd mini3 to the monitor via hdmi. But the volume is very low. Is that normal?

From what I know, $710 with 5 yrs warranty was PC Show price...this is the lowest I've ever seen for the U2713HM.

The best thing I liked is Dell warranty and RMA service, sadly but my U2713HM has 1 dead pixel and 3 half dead pixel with bright yellow glow at bottom left, REV01 too, don't tell me REV01 is perfect without flaws, that's bull**** lol(no offense), sure have minor flaws with BLB or Glow at either 30% or 100% brightness, there's ways of testing it but I don't recommend if you guys don't see it at normal usage.

I was commenting at Overclock.net U2713HM thread and all of them RMA at least once or twice, so there's no perfect panel for U2713HM, even Dell support team knew all these problems, and it's origin from LG Panel itself, just isit very bad or not so bad or how user can accept it.

Rumour that there's REV02 coming out, I'll see if I receive a REV02 next week for my new replacement and let you guys know.

If you are GAMING as main, DONT buy the U2713H, reviews comparison had shown that U2713HM is much better than U2713H, better uniformity and response time.

Alot complained about the negatives of U2713H, as for the guy who received the U2713H, if you read further, he mentioned he rather get back U2713HM, which he did send back the U2713H replacement for U2713HM again.

Forgot which page too many liao, but the guy that gotten U2713H as replacement returned it straight and request for U2713HM. Bad response time and color uniformity. Not good for game, only for professional image users

Bro as mentioned, the $710 with 5 years premium warranty was for the PC Show offer only, all those who emailed her at that point of time receive a notice it's for PC Show

It's definitely one of the better ones, but prepare for RMA a few times unless you really damn heng, Dell got aQC problems for U2713HM, I've had 2 sets of this with dead pixels problem.

If you have really good eyesight and able to use it at 100% windows zoom, that's alot of desktop space, but for me I'm using it at 125% windows zoom, I'm sitting around 1 full arm and a half distance away

To those who bought and received the monitor 1-2 weeks ago, what revision did you guys get? Is it the new A02 revision? Asking cos I have seen reports of A01 revision sets having severe backlight bleeding and cross hatching issues and heard of customers having to exchange 4-5 sets with dell in order to get a acceptable panel.
