[Monitor] Crossover IPS LCD 27 inches

Anyway, can anyone verify whether the 27Q that I ordered from Gmarket Happy Mall is identical to this?



The photo that i1magic post seems different from the looks of the stand.

Oic. So the one I got is the "new" model. Ok.

I'll post a full review later on when I received the 2nd unit.

Singpost is really troublesome. Why can't they just give customers a call to arrange for delivery?

If they send to my house but nobody is at home then need to do 2 times job.

Totally agree.

1. The one that is sending should have a list of items that they need to deliver tomorrow.

2. Then planned out the route to send the items. Give the receiver a call to confirm the delivery.

3. Do some fine tuning to the initial delivery route.

4. The next day, collect all the items and deliver it to the receiver.

Everybody is happy and we don't need to freaking wait like a dumb dumb from 9am-6pm.

This monitor just got delivered to me. Ordered on 17 May 2012. So including weekends, total take about 5days to reach me.

Now is to inspect the set liao.

Just received the 2nd set at about 5.30pm.

I was in the room and almost cannot hear the guy knocking at the door. But it so happens that I came out to the kitchen to get some drinks and heard people knocking at the door.

Open the door and saw the delivery guy .... and collected my set.

If didn't come out ... then siao liao .... must re-arrange for delivery again.

i receive my screen! perfect panel! as mention by my friend QRSY2K~ the screen is slightly tilt down to the left~ =(

but who cares! 435USD for a tempered glass S-IPS 27" screen PIXEL PERFECT! =D

Well ... long story. My door bell is not broken. Just that it is at the other door, at the lift side.

Due to the lift upgrading, HDB installed another door that links to the lift. And this door is not linked to the stairway. And it so happens today that the lift is under maintenance.

And the poor delivery guy has to carry the monitor up to the mid floor via the staircase. Yes, it is so coincidental.

So cannot blame the delivery person. But this goes back to the fact that why can't they call to arrange for delivery like those that delivers the harddisk returned from RMA?

The one I ordered is NOT this one.

The one I gotten is with pivoted stand. Which allows the screen to be rotated 90deg clockwise to portrait position.

after using awhile i find the right side of the frame has some protruding part.. sigh.. then again is cheap~ as long as no dead pixel no bright pixel~ dun care~ LOL

Which seller did you order from? Actually, for those who wanna order this monitor, the best is to order on Monday or Tuesday and chances is that you will get it on Friday if you are lucky.

Just curious, did anyone try using a display port adapter or hdmi adapter?

The seller says that if you use any other connection other than Dual DVI ... it is not guarantee to work. And even if work ... may or may not get 2560x1440 resolution.

So it is at your own risk. Why not check with Apple how your notebook can use with the 27" monitor that they are selling.

Ordered from eBay redcap. The panel was in sg since 21 may. But it has been stuck at speedpost since. I just called them this afternoon and they say will deliver within 24hrs. Don't know how true is that.

I know there's this popular seller "HAPPY MALL" that sells the PCBANK monitor with zero dead pixel at $380.
Now.. I do understand that the crossOver looks better and ya guys get it for $435. Does the seller guarantee perfect pixel for this? Can anyone post the link? Sorry this thread is kinda long and I've got an information overload
