Thanks! But ytd night order from qoo10 liao.... Anw get pivot becoz of? Can rotate the screen ar?

Qoo10 also got pivot version at the same place you bought, you just need to select it. Cheaper than ebay i think.
Ya pivot can rotate screen and stuff, depending on your usage it may be better to have or not to have pivot at all, cos sometimes if you not planning to move it alot it becomes a hassle if you accidentally tilt it, and keep trying to straighten it back. The non-pivot version can tilt only but for many desk users that is enough.

They'll leave a note at your door, despite the fact that they have your mobile no .... they don't call.

Then you'll have to call to reschedule another delivery. This is the best part. When you ask them "Around what time would your deliver it?"

Their reply will be (for a normal working day) "Between 9am-6pm".

*Duh*!!! So they expect us to wait at home just for them to arrive.

I ordered 2 set. The 2nd one arrive 1 day after the first one.

I agree with you both on the straightening part.

I got the pivot version because I want it to be higher. My 2 monitor now are about 18cm above the table top.

As long as yr video card have dual-link dvi should have no problems.

just saw that the crossover black tune is using a dual link DVI-D port.
i am aiming to get a PowerColor 7970 O.C 3GB which supposedly have this:

Standard Display Connecors: DL-DVI-I/ SL-DVI-D / HDMI / MINI DPx2

PowerColor Official Website - Graphics, Cases, Power Supply -- PowerColor HD7970 3GB GDDR5 OC(UEFI READY)

will it work? since the monitor needs a DL DVI-D but this GPU onli has SL-DVI-D and DL-DVI-I, although i read that DL-DVI-I is both digital and analog.

blur liao leh :s22:

My gfx card has :

original

1. DVI-I (Dual Link)
2. DVI-D (Dual Link)

So this monitor needs DVI-D (Dual Link) ... which is the 2nd one.

I am running 2 CrossOver and this is what my gfx card has :

Hope this helps.

Seems like only 2 models have HDMI, which is the Crossover 2720,2730... what is the diff between both? spec-wise, they are very similar...

Err from my memory while browsing and decision making for purchase, I think the 2720 have speaker while the 2730 doesn't. And the 2730 (they call it GOLD if I'm correct?) Has display port while the other one doesn't. And I considered the one with the display port because I wanted to eyefinity with it. End up just went for 27Q cause decided eyefinity on 27" would be overkill.. And also, more ports = higher input lag.

Just did a comparison, 2720MD gold has displayport whereas 2730MD dun have... seems like qoo10 also have resellers, which are reliable? only saw from dream-seller at ebay..

and where did you read that more ports(hdmi, dp, dvi-d) will create higher input lag? would like to do more research on it.

Also, if i play games on 1920x1080, the game wun have black bars, right? it will just fit the 1920x1080 over the 27", in which pictures may look slightly pixelated??

Wah ... I only got 2 x CrossOver 27Q ... how many you want to setup?

I think best would be 3 x 24" LED monitor. Value for $$ setup.
