I'm going 43" to 49", considering either the Wasabi Mango 49" or Crossover 434k Final. My 27" will be used for browsing, monitoring haha

Probably that's why.

Monitor no problem and you still want to upgrade? Getting this one?

Item : QNIX QHD2730R QHD 27 inch monitor
Price : About SGD$425

The bezel is only 6.5mm!! My current ones are 22mm!! So tempting.

Tbh, I don't think surfing net & watching shows is under-utilizing a monitor.
Do also consider that Dell offers 5 years onsite warranty, while the korean panels only have 1 year warranty (and require you to ship them back for warranty claims)
Do also note that while these monitors all support VESA mounting, the korean monitors will have half of the stand attached to the bezel (you may have to debezel these to remove it)

The prices of the various monitors you mentioned are below, for comparison:
Qnix qx2710 ~ $300-400
Crossover 2795QHD ~ $500
Dell U2715H ~ $700 (depends on discounts and promos)

The main factor is the warranty, and if you are comfortable with shipping stuff back for warranty, etc.
Otherwise, the Dell U2715H would be the better choice for your peace of mind, superior panel quality, and to avoid the hassle in the case of monitor failure.
Your choice.

Sorry I don't get the de bezel part? Cause I'm thinking of buying 1 and a VESA mount.

Might as well get a Mi TV 2 55" 4K for about $1.5K and use it as a 4K monitor. LOL!

I am thinking of doing that but I don't think my gfx card can tahan to play FPS in 4K. LOL!

I measured and can't go bigger then 49" due to built in desk. Considered Xiaomi but prefer DP connection and I can't find tests on its response time. I won't be gaming at 4k,1440p with Max settings and capped 60fps is good enough for my eyes.

Then just get the Xiaomi Mi TV 2 49" lor. Aiya for that price, if can bear with it, then use. If cannot bear with it, then change, total price paid would still be cheaper.

I don't mind paying abit more for the korean monitors but yeah will KIV the xiaomis. I still have time haha

Please note that many TVs do not support 4:4:4 chroma when you're doing 60Hz 4K

Yeah, forgot to add it's one of the reasons I'm going for the Korean monitors too. Thanks for pointing it out.

Loctek D5UH, the one that comes with two USB ports at the base.

Bought from Taobao, with shipping ~SGD90. Seems to be taking some time to arrive in SG though.
The dual arm or single arm de??? Cause there's so many. I'm not sure which to pick.

Any idea how's the color accuracy of the 2730 panel? It was horrible on the 2710, when compared side-by-side with my old ViewSonic monitor, had an obvious yellowish tinge.

Looking for another replacement 1440p monitor with HDMI, but don't want to upgrade to the 2730 only to suffer the same problem. Thanks.

Anyway to test? Because the 4K 60hz video that I play on the Mi TV 2 55" looks really really good.

I only know how to check 4:4:4 from a PC. It's in your GFX card settings which you right-click from desktop. Google it based on your brand.

Yes there are images that you can display on the TV and you can tell if its running 4:2:0 or 4:4:4. a quick google search will land you with those test images.

Using palit gtx950 stormx. My usage is surf net, watch movie and play Dota only. Now considering p2715q and u2717d. One is 3840*2160 and one is 2560*1440. I like the infinity edge on u2717d and on the other hand the resolution on p2715q.
