2. 10k fresh funds added. This amount can withdraw then register etc. But if you withdraw the point 1 50k then cannot qualify for promo

I believe this was introduced as the previous 6.8% promo ppl use this. So those thinking to repeat same pattern are welcome to try and post here if it still works.

can the amount redeemed be used for their second liquidity fund (the lower yield one)? as based off the fresh fund, then likely not qualify for this current promo. i redeemed...

My interpretation is yes. If you have zero in Liquidity fund before campaign start date starts then after that you deposit (based on Cash Fund sell monies) then all is fresh fund. But you need to know the daily returns for Liquidity fund not so good so say after tenure period of 20 days you sell all in Liquidity you may get lesser compared to Cash Fund. That is why earlier I say for SGD only got Cash Fund and Liquidity fund to play with.

thanks vm, i think my amt not zero for the new fund. it is low tho. redeem out all from fullerton sgd and redeposit into this lower liquidity fund to qualify for it but is that fresh fund the same? again this yield is lower than esaver.

My interpretation is should be fresh fund since Liquidity before campaign start date very low. Yield lower than eSaver but for the 20 days you got extra returns top to 6.8 about 3%? more than eSaver for that 20 days

I am thinking Monday is the NAV and transacted date. Then Tuesday you see the revenue which is calculated based on Monday NAV. It is always a delayed price action for mutual fund for which Cash Plus is itself.

If you sell on Wednesday say before 11am you are selling based on Wednesday NAV. But the actual revenue is shown say on Thursday onwards.
Hmm, I am not so sure if I sell on wednesday, they give me wednesday nav. i have a feeling they give me previous day NAV, as the cash is already available for me to buy other stocks. So they wont give me the revenue for wednesday. I think this logically makes sense for people who want to use the cash to buy something on Moomoo, but for people waiting to redeem, this is a drawback. But I think this is okay for me, the only thing I wanted to avoid was 3 day revenue loss due to weekend and public holiday. 1 day revenue loss is okay for me.

Anyways I will sell on wednesday around 11AM and then I will report here, exactly how much revenue will get posted on thursday and friday.

anyone knows where is the chat history? back in Dec I was chatting with the customer service and they have promised to manual trigger upon 60 days maturity for 5.8% but I cannot find the chat history anywhere. :(

those who also have to go thru manual counting/trigger, how to reach out to the customer service? now I ended up in endless loop trying to get to a "real" person..

can get on the chat with them type agent.
Liquidity fund not considered fresh fund, maybe can put a caveat above statements. best to ask their computation for fresh fund.

I completed my 5.8% promo last week.

Assuming I currently have 80k parked in cash plus but have not signed up for the 6.8% promo yet.

Can I withdraw say 30k today and subscribe and deposit say 10k for the 6.8% promo next week? Will the remaining 50k which I have in cash plus qualify for the 6.8%?

Did you receive the full 5.8% interest and was it accrued daily or trued-up at the end of the period? I held for the 60 days and got confirmation from moomoo support that I was enrolled but still did not get the 5.8… by my math it’s more like 3.8%

You will receive a separate coupon for the delta yield. Go to your coupons section and claim it.

No. They look at the net fresh funds = deposits - withdrawal must be > 10k

Thank you. Looks like I have to sit out of current 6.8% promo and wait for new one if I wish to withdraw this week.
I opened a new account in my wife name. I earned the referral and sign up bonus and the 1st 60k in the new account cash plus earns 6.8% for 31 days. So I moved 60k to wife's account. 10k is in my account earning the std 3.7%.
