The yields for the cash plus mmf funds seems to be declining, the coupon promos looks like a strategy to prevent money outflow by topping up the yields on the short term.

I wonder eventually what is the game plan / endgame for these mmf funds when interest rates are declining.

That is why in this forum I like to emphasize a lot on diversification strategy. Never all in to any single investment. Over diversification leads to lower returns I know but I am willing to take a bit lesser but overall gain in long term.

Now time to shift some to equities aka stocks etf mutual funds they maybe on the start of bull run. Hmmm

It is 7 business days which exclude weekend and public holiday I would think. Previously the cash fund daily returns not bad so can afford to wait later then get coupon but now wait later we rugi

now daily is around 3%..still not that bad but the only problem is there is lagtime when you sell or top up..

Top-up lag is same for all mutual fund for which Fullerton Cash Fund is. Instant withdraw the new pattern from moomoo liquidity fund (not good recently) and Mari Invest (cap at 10k).

I also receive the same message and call from CSO, to cancel the withdrawal and put back the funds for another 30 days and will give cash voucher (depend on the amount) at the end of 30 days

I am looking to shift some out of cash-plus funds into other funds also, however I find it quite overwhelming to navigate, pick and choose from so many funds available. I am also unsure if other funds carry an initial charge or redemption fee, and whether it is already factored into the returns.

Could you share some funds you are looking to shift into?
