I am looking to shift some out of cash-plus funds into other funds also, however I find it quite overwhelming to navigate, pick and choose from so many funds available. I am also unsure if other funds carry an initial charge or redemption fee, and whether it is already factored into the returns.

Could you share some funds you are looking to shift into?

Picking fund is like pick stock ETF need time to research. For a start Mari Invest is not bad.

Suggest u all to check direct with cs online. I just checked why my welcome 6.8% not coming after 5 days.
Initially asked me if I used other device to log in. I said no.
Then asked me use other phone to take a picture of the me page and send it to cs. After I have done, she apply the cash coupon immediately which will arrive in 5 days time.

I asked why I must do that. Cs said the system might have accidentally blocked it.

I already have 10k in Mari invest since start of the year, no plans to go above 10k at the moment.

Does Moomoo ask you to state a reason for withdrawing funds? The last time I did a withdraw they did.

Nope. Been checking every few hours since it mature on 23 Feb. Yesterday was mature date + 7 working days but nothing is shown. I have already missed out a few FD offer since end Feb.

Been chatting for past 2 days. Was told to wait up to another 2 - 5 working days, and also advised not to withdraw the fund until I got the coupon also.

Maybe moomoo really have cash flow issue
