yes, just online chat with cs and need to hold till 16/7 regardless of 20/40/60, if redeem/withdraw after 20/40/60 then u won't get the reward!!

seems like different staff say different things?

the one in the "Fullerton SGD Liquidity Fund" comments section said we can withdraw everything after 20/40/60 days but make sure to redeposit the same amount back to the account by end of campaign - 16 July 2024

The new TnC mean if my timer stop in 30 may.. I cannot withdraw all the funds I put in on that day???

because net deposit amt=total deposited - total withdrawn during event time 1/4 at 10pm - 16/7 at 9.59pm!!

i ask then y promo page shows 200k with 60 days?
cs: the sytem will check ur net deposit amount on 16/7 to issue reward, so even if your promo page shows 60days, when the system do the checking on 16/7, it will only give u the 20days reward!

go online chat with cs to know whats ur 'real' net deposit and your 'real' days for 6.8%!

Did you start with 150k to get 60 days? If not, then there is probably a system error.

If yes, then you subsequently withdraw down to 14k before 60 days end, you will be disqualified.

If your 60days ended, then you withdraw down to below 150k, you will also be disqualified per new tnc.

once i hit 200k max on 60 days, then i never withdraw anything more causing <200k on my liquidity fund.
i did withdraw 170k on 4/4 before i click the participate button on 6.8 promo, tats the past 6.8 promo. so i guess my base should be this 170k and i need to make sure to be more than this 170k.

conclusion; promo page showing 20/40/60 day with amount subscribe may not be the correct one!!

Same case as me, my promo page deposit showed full 200k eligible was different from what CS checked on his system. seems like Its not based on when you press register button but event start date.

Lucky I checked from the start of event and just topped up as required. Rather not risk it since the extra yield is pretty sweet.

Just go MAS homepage to file your complain on the basis that the retroactive changes to the T&C is in breach of the MAS fair dealing guidelines, and take them to Fidrec for adjudication.

With all five outcomes not being met, the outcome is obvious.

i withdraw a lot during event time 1/4 - 16/7.
170k+ is just 1 of them on 4/4. other than that withdraw few k here and there and few hundreds.
i also top up few 10k here and there.

yup countdown banner not reliable. at least to me.
just sharing my experience here.
