Classic Face has a neat feature

If u use the built-in Classic watchface... it has a neat feature on the inner ring which shows your calendar events from your Google Calendar. If each calendar event has different colour, it shows up accordingly.. cool just found out today..

Do you use Facer? it uses alot of battery life

i usually switch off my G watch when i'm at home

switch it on again in the morning when i go to work

nah, don't think i will be using facer until it supports custom faces.. maybe next time though

yeah.. I won't be using third party customisations until there are official APIs

DON'T USE watch faces from out of the Play Store. They don't have the APIs, so they are like running full apps on your watch. I made mistake of installing these aftermarket faces and I was getting like 12-15 hours.

Now I'm using the moto ones and I get close to 24hrs. Today I took the moto 360 off the charger at 9am. It's now 8:45 and I have 44%. I'm using the minimal face.

I like it that we can change watch faces.. I suck at reading analog time, takes me 5 seconds to tell the time, even then i still can read wrongly sometimes (read as 1 hour earlier)

The new stone leather color looks really bad... I have worn it for a day, in some lighting conditions it feels pinkish/reddish.

Compared to my other leather bands, I think this horween leather is abit overrated. Feels somehow fake leather.

Horween should be a pretty respectable brand, if not they won't survive till this day.

I think it's Motorola that is trying to cut cost by selecting horween's cheapest leather. The leather actually looks rubber/silicon in pictures

The thickness may play a part for third party bands. But if original stock leather bands also encountering this issue then we all gotta be careful also.

Just try to make the strap more like this:

Don't think I have dead pixels. At least I didn't observed any on casual inspection.

Managed to get another black one from The Moto 360 – The Consigliere for those who can't wait. Higher cost but I think the convenience is worth much more than their trouble instead of a 2-3week wait.

1st one was next day delivery, 2nd one was 3 days.

probably arriving soon, i had a preorder for another product says 6th Oct by USPS but end up last week delivered already.
