It is quite obvious the agencies dont speak to one another, nor are far sighted. Want population growth, then not enough (desirable) supply to meet housing demands. Then, public transport is overtaxed with heavier loads we get track (material) failure, coe quota likely relatively the same absolute figure(?), and roads, pavements consistently rebuilt to expand the mrt lines.
then weather getting hotter because more concrete and less greenery.
