Actually the PC show should be the perfect time to launch the MSI Wind. Since its supposed to be due out for early June.

I'm starting to wonder whether those on the MSI Wind pre-order list will even get their MSI Wind any earlier than others, since it's likely to make its debut during PC Show 2008 (it's in mid June).

At this rate we might as well wait for the PC Show. The MSI Wind is arriving only in early June. The PC Show is in the 2nd week of June. Assuming the MSI Wind arrives on time, the PC Show is only 1 week away.

Also, pre-order price: $799, retail price: $829. I would give up that $30 for a chance at a 6-cell battery during the PC Show, or perhaps freebies.

I avoid shops that give poor customer service. I'd rather give the $30 difference to a shop that I know gives good customer experience.

What's one more week anyway?

I respect and second that brother! Good service deserves my business and recommendations. Bad service deserves no business and damnation!

On PC/IT shops, which are those that you say give good service?

And a quick picture to compare the 7" Eee PC and the 10" MSI Wind.

The keyboard of the MSI Wind is a heck lot better to use than the Eee PC...
