anyone can advise if its easy to apply the included screen protector on?

No, it is not easy as they cut it almost same size as netbook screen--should be slightly smaller.
Some tips:
Make sure hands and netbook screen are clean.
Get ATM card ready.
Start from left hand side (for right handed people) by peeling about 2 cm (measured left to right) of bottom protective layer and carefully align and stick edge of sticky surface to left edge of screen. This has to done right as any misalignment will cause insufficient space at the right hand end later. You then have to take out and start all over again.
Slowly press sticky surface on to screen (with help of ATM card (to remove any air bubbles)--doing bit by bit from left to right. Expose sticky part bit by bit as you move from right to left.

I made mistakes (that I stressed you should not make above) and it is therefore not sitting very pretty now on my netbook. Do it when you are not in a hurry!

MSI Wind U123

Quite tempted to get the U100 plus. On the other hand, thinking of holding out for U123. Any idea when will the U123 be launched? and the indicative pricing?

depending on which one you choose man armourone or AIO, i prefer the transparent skin and the the stickers cut out really while thus i chose the ARMOURONE, i signed up paid and then receive the voucher, then call the armourone to come and fix it up then pass him the voucher wah la settled! The armourone guy very good and meticulous man. Their mass order always conclude one should be good business man so its ok i think

No idea why sg only selling u100 and u100 plus.

HK is already selling u120h and u110 eco.

And their pricing is more attractive. u120h is cheaper than u100plus in sg.

U120H is using the older N270 chipset and maximum 1GB ram only.

It is cheaper probably because they want to clear the old stock fast, imo.

Cheers. :)

Noob question: My battery status icon seems to have disappeared from the bottom right of the screen. Any idea how I can get it back? TIA

MSI Wind U100 Plus

Just to share.
I've just purchased MSI Wind U100 Plus from Carrefour retailing at $729. N280, 2GB Ram and 6 Cells batt.
With the Everyday POSB credit card, I'm getting 5% discount and 5% rebates.
So effectively MSI Wind 100 Plus cost me $656.10.
