Still got a nearly paid up investment property that is collecting rent and assorted insurance/bank products that is... well... questionable as to whether will earn or not lah... but that's another 10-20 years time :s13:

Kinda considering options now cuz end of year likely another lump sum coming in...

This isn't structured product. Structured products are funds . I am asking ts to go buy the underlying products of what forms a structured products. Eliminates the middle man to get more return.

That one can't help u. Maybe go for lower risk then like bonds issued by SP treasury back by SP limited. 4ish% .

Only u know ur risk appetite
