If I ask other people to remote to my pc and configurebthe settings for me. Will it settle the issue
What model switch did you get? Got potos? If it is a dumb switch you should not need anything special config.

If it is a used enterprise switch, you may need to factory reset it.

If it is a cloud managed switch, you may need a license/subscription for it.

Remote in is also little help if the switch is the source of the problem.

Can you explain in detail what you did in the process of installing the switch? There are many potential issues so getting an idea of what triggered the problem is crucial.

Still got internet access on the pc btw?

Previously.no issue.
Then laobu went to turn off my nas power. After that cannot liao.

I tried to connect it directly to my pc via rj45 to get it detect the nas, but wasn't able to access it

So later I went to connect it to router again.
I wasn't able to detect anything.

So I went sim lim. They ask me to hoot network switch. Butbit doesn't work as well

confirm switch? Because switch is just multiple ports. If not switch, maybe need to configure NAT again?

It a cheap switch. Only has many ports.

You got cheated there, don't need to buy the switch.
If your router/internet works fine, phone can access, just connect NAS to router (I suppose this was your original setup).
Chances is, the NAS restart took on a new IP (DHCP). Use Synology Assistant to find the NAS (for Synology).
