Mid 2013 - Started to get lots of recommendation here
Late 2013 - Going downhill, unable to cope with demand and wanting to spend more

As much as Dan is a nice guy, he just doesn't have that friendly face demure a first timer expects, nor does his manner of communication feel as homely/comforting like YL. Also dunno why he still stuck with 1 assistant (correct me if I'm wrong). He should've expanded his manpower and designated more roles in order to cope when it was hot.

Look at Tradepac, during the same time period, Rahman bought out the store next door and confused people who wanted to go to Best Buy. TP expanded to cope, MNC didn't.

My GPU i got a lower price from TP compared to Yilong. But its only $5 difference and the ah neh insist on deposit whereas yilong just order in the next day with a phone call. So i bought from yilong to support PCT.

Honestly i wouldnt mind paying slightly more for good cs and worry free. TP if you go back dont expect returns or anything like that.

We cannot only see on one side ma... yes there is many bad experiences and many other here knows it, while there is also a mixture of positive experiences with him, like mine. I think is more of a heng suay thing whether he got high order list to attend to or not. For example, iirc, bornerwave also got a good experience with him ma.

Most irresponsible shop I have ever had to deal with.
Frankly if they close down I wouldn't be surprised.

Ordered some stuff online, and basically the goods just never came.
Guy can even call me and make promises that delivering soon etc, in the end I waited almost 1 month and nothing...... Emails all go unanswered.

Got fed-up, cancelled order (which they did not even acknowledge), ordered from Video Pro online and got the items within a few days with excellent service and price.

Good experiences should be the norm. A business cannot have a case when it is "acceptable" to have bad service. Worst still some people here order and have no idea when they get their order then suddenly get a call to see if its ok to be delivered in 1hr

I dont doubt there are some satisfied customers who buy and go. Likewise some others like me wouldnt touch it with a pole

Also if his problem or excuse with not being able to cope is having a high number of orders im sure we can fix that
