Bought the 5kg casein powder and accidentally dropped a few drops of water while trying to scoop into a shaker bottle. Should be OK right? Low bacteria risk?

My house is warm in the day, any idea if the heat will degrade the powder? At most I can store it in the store room. How long do you guys keep your powder at most?
