I see some users getting Q1 2015 installation date, is that only for existing customers or will new customers have to wait till than also?

What is we sign up to upgrade now but change our mind during this half year or more before the upgraded service is yet to be commissioned?

Are we officially committed? Or there is a recourse? Many things can happen within half a year.

Sibei jialat myrepublic's hotline doesn't even let customers hold on to the line when all their operators are busy... this really sucks.. is this what you encounter when network problems crop up and urgent assistance is needed?

And I really need to know the ETA for installation. For new users do you get notified before confirmation? I do not wish to see "Q3 2015" as my current contract is ending in April. A 8 months wait is unacceptable.

Nearer to your installation date we will call you to arrange installation appointment. If you do not agree to it then. The new contract offering is voided.

Correct as long as you dont agree to a actual specific date of installation
