ya.. all my apps running on tablets, phones are all super slow or cant even load at all... other ISPs all no issues... but it seems those on static ip no issues... if that's the case, i might upgrade to static ip...

Poor Customer Support is the main factor that deter me from signing up for 1Gbps package. Hopefully MR can improve on this pretty soon.

I believe every ISP will have customers complaining about poor customer service.

Actually.... that is why many go sign up with the partner managers here as they are your personalised CS.... so any issues... fire them up.. like Yelang,Marc,Myself and WC.....

I don't think it's a CS issue.. but then... humans make mistakes and clouds don't rain occasionally...causing FATAL ERROR IN YOUR REQUEST

try if you can load Statistics for sg-01.azrin.info (2014-02) - main

there are tons of MP3 for you to download...
if you download slow...means WIFI issue

my android device is running on lan cable. no issues on the downloading of the 250mbps file. but when it come to the videos, the videos become very slow or is buffering at a snail speed or worse den tat... this excludes youtube.

im on pure 100 plan, I did some speedtest with my laptop directly connected to the router via ethernet cable, testing 8 diff servers from 8 major cities from US and Europe during peak hours (9-10pm) and this is what i got:

source quality still unwatchable for me, has been like that for many many months.

is MR's DNS having any issues?

past few days unable to resolve my own domain hosted on MR using MR's DNS, but change to other DNS, its ok.

Then yesterday, the domain resolves properly, but subdomains (CNAME) does not.
Again, other DNS servers no problem, only when using MR's DNS servers have issue.

Was thinking could be TTL issues... but somehow after a week and still not solved, something is wrong somewhere.

You can but we have our own DNS that does that =)

I still believe in giving MR a second chance.

My current contract still running, so let see MR's performance in 9 mths time
