Hi,I was greatly disappointed by your 1gps service. There was an initial appt set for me on 2nd May which I took leave and stayed at home , till I receive a call only on the appt time that it has been cancelled (which wasted my leave). It was rescheduled by your staff Hwei Min Kear to be on 17th May which is today morning from 9am-1pm,again I waited patiently at home till 1245 and I gave a call to your helpdesk (Koh Wei Jie), he told me it was cancelled once again!! But this time round it was worst as last night, my original internet connection was cut off as you guys informed it is normal as today you will have someone to come my place to turn on the new connection, but apparently it was cancelled. Now your customer service koh can't tell me why was it cancelled and no further appointment can be made until Monday when the original customer service - min is back. So from today till Monday I will not have any internet connection??? I have no outstanding bills and this is really outrageous,I need someone to do something for me asap or this has to go to IDA for sure! Give me back my Gamer 150mbps!

That sucks . I guess it means my 300 Mbps re-contract is not gonna make it before my current plan expire . I waited for 2 weeks already still no contact or watsoever (normal?) .

I guess this 1gbps promotion really screw all MR installation services up , I initially tot it only affect 1gbps users hence i purposely din upgrade to 1gbps.

Might switch connection to cheaper promo ISP in june pc show if they drag longer.

I was told through the online chat at their site that it takes a month from the day I signed up to be scheduled for installation. When I asked if it can be sooner as my current contract with MR is up this month, their reply was "Hmm, i don't think so man.".

I'm always here, daily. Mainly reading PM. Will release an update tomorrow.

MR presence here is appreciated.

But the lack of support to queries here is of concern.

Worst is the repeated queries from the same poster is more worrisome.

I have had good support in the past but lately it is going downhill.

I subscribed to 1Gbps fibre broadband but my daytime connection is barely 400Mbps on a LAN connection.

Did you guys face the same problem???

As mention, during sign up. You will get an estimated time frame of Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 or Q1 2015.

I understand that many customer sign up in Jan. However, installation only starts in March and we are installing at an insane rate for our customer.

Most importantly. It's based on the quarter you are assigned to.

470 + Mbps for upload means there's no issue with the network as it's half of the download. Infact, it's near impossible for download to be faster than upload. Update the router to the latest firmware and reset it will resolved the problem. If you do a direct ONT connection, the speed will be higher.

But note that the download speed is only as high as your hardware is capable of.

Thanks for reply. During signup, i remembered that it was mentioned Q2. so its already mid of Q2 and i am wonder if the installation can still be done within Q2 considering that I have yet to be called up for appointment scheduling.
