Calls? Have you signed up? If not, there will not be cold calls just because your contract is ending.

You can try go online. For me, there are 2 options: pure 300 @39 with OTC$78, and 1GB @49 with OTC$58.

However, what I'm looking was 12 months contract. Emailed them, no reply... so coming next month i'm moving to other provider...

same here. i registered for the 1gbps in jan. till now still no update. i sent them 2 message nvr reply. yest live chat, the person say no record of my registration (i got email confirmation from them when i registered), and will help me investigate. shall wait till end of this week for update.

Called them also but they no record of it. They quickly fixed it and told me that they can come down to settle in 2 weeks. Pretty good customer service still. Being with them for 2 years le, and have been relatively happy with my experience with them.

But then, my expectations were very low after singtel internet.

If I am not wrong, you can still reject the online re-contract provided no installation date is being communicated to you yet.

was seriously considering signing for myrepublic and viewqwest after my suckhub plan expires next month but then i read this thread.

apparently the negative feedback far exceed the positive by at least 2km.

looks like i shall only consider viewqwest.

ya. from what i understand, it continues at $59/month (or whatever price u had signed up @) with non-contract.

Already 1 month++ on your broadband service, but I never get billed till now. Already approaching 2 months! Free service for me?

Cfm plus chop MR will reply ASAP on this issue one.

What the MR live chat said was that I should be billed within 2-3 days of service activation. But alr 1 month service activated.

Just go for VQ if money is not your first priority.

The free $100 router voucher can only offset $100 from the router price and cannot be converted to cash.

If you did not opt for one of the ASUS router during signup, the $100 router voucher is gone.
