nivleK1985 havent been replying my PMs. He suppose to send me black and white notice of the 1-month subscription waiver due to premature cut off of my internet due to the 1gbps upgrade.

anyone from MR look into this? i can provide PM screenshot..

Did you manage to monitor if the connection went down before 0715?

I started using around 0800 and realized that my connection is down due to maintenance. I just restart my router and the connection is back. No restart on ONT.

I was using it prior to 0715 before I went about with my morning routine.

nice speed, I always get shity download from baidu at less than 100KBps. a typical 100MB file can take half an hour to complete. IDM don't help either, to the point I haven't been bother with BD for months.

can tell the link? just for testing purpose.

theres no termination fee if you return your ont after your contract is over

on gamer plan 150mbps . contract ended . planning to get back to MR and upgrade to the 1gbps gamer .

so far who has recontract with them and whats their best offer that they able to give for ppl who recontract ? any MR reps can get back to me via pm or anyway =D

i read some post stated that MR doesnt seems to value their Old customer eh . how true is this ?

so far MR is positive to me with the CS / internet speed they provide .

Twitch also depends on the person streaming bandwidth.
If the person has shitty internet speeds, and many are watching. Don't bother. Lol.
Can't blame MR for shitty streaming.

No change 2 years back same offer on pure but with free installation and activation. or gamer plan with free razer keyboard
