Hm.. Finally it's my turn for the installation (1Gbps plan)..

But the download cannot hit higher than 610mb/s :(

did you test on speedtest.myrepublic.com.sg?

If that site won't give close to 1Gbps you can refuse to sign the hand over form.

I got the same result using the "http://speedtest.myrepublic.com.sg/"

Did they accidently gave me the 600 mpbs plan instead?

The installer already left.. :(

Connected directly to the ONT with Cat5e/6 cable?

It may be the router... try direct to ONT first.

The N15U max u get 600Mbps its normal. You need to change router. That is why they recommend to upgrade if going for 1Gbps.

1gb faster

but response slower....

can download more and faster

but it cripple the whole surfing experience

finally got my 2nd date for installation today.

came home and shock to see the wireless from M1 100mbps is so much better at avg. 40mbps DL, 30mbps UL....
to MR 1GBPS plan, giving me wireless 20mbps DL, 2 mbps UL.

Yes, I know wireless is depends on *blah blah we know the drill*, but hardware and such are all better quality than M1! same, distance, same computer. way lousier results. Do i need to configure some stuff??
