I noticed my downloads are much slower when I use static IP than when I use dynamic IP.

Your network for static IPs is probably more congested.

70-88 mbps

5.0 ghz at 10m away
92-96 mbps

using viewquest server in speedtest

Did MR had some billing issues recently? Received an email about it, entering my account, it shows payment for 2 nov 2013, though GIRO have not deducted frm my bank account yet.

Do a speed test on wired connection and let me know =).

Wireless is relatively unstable and can be affected by multiple factors.

a one time service activation fees of $58 for all plans
If you need a home voice(aka home line), there will be a one time set up fees of $49.

if you do not have OpenTermination Point, there maybe a charge of $235.40 if you had missed your first installation.

You already have the OpenTermination Point hence there will be no additional charges.

Note that you are talking abt MR costs here..Singtel disconnection may also have costs...do note
