how long would the installation takes to come?

Depend on the volume, If it during show, usually will take longer as OpenNet will need to handle customer who signed up from Singtel, Starhub, M1, MR, VQ sides.

If not within 1 week or 2 if no problem on back end.

I haven't been able to stream twitch using Starhub for many many months now so this will affect my decision of switching ISPs.

Would like to know if my idea would work or not.

Currently have a N56U as main router. I want to connect ps4 in my room, but the hole in my wall big enough for 1 cable nia.

What i thought was to get a cheap router like N15U and connect N56U to N15U. Then, from N15u to my pc and ps4. Will this idea work and any other changes needed?

Have you tried to login using another ISP and see what happens? If it has the same problem that means it has to do with the China server and not MR.

Your Battle.net account must state that your country of residence is one of the eligible regions then you can add the key.

Its rather confusing but also, if your battlenet account is eligible to add the key and play the game, you will be able to do it, regardless or ISP, or country you are physically in.

BTW Singapore is one of the eligible regions (I have the game and my country of residence states Singapore)

why is the bandwidth so insufficient?

I would do the following:
1.Check the QOS settings of router.
2.Check if your brother uses any torrent, or any China streaming software which often has a hidden service that does the downloading and uploading without User's knowledge.

hmm should be applicable if for sg? btw i m playing in america and quite okay.. but sometimes abit delay. it's not a response immense game so doesn't matter.

2. checked.. he doesn't use torrent.. and it only starts to affect my ustream livestream when he watches youtube @ 1080p.

i mean it doesn't really affect anything else.. except the stream im watching lol.

i suspect video streaming bandwidth abit insufficient??

I just tried replicating on my own com and I have no issues with it. Even have torrents running.

Maybe you try that also on your own com (youtube and ustream at the same time). if it works fine means I guess router faulty
