Our recons forms are still under development.

We would need time to shift customer from the old system to the new system. This shift for our existing customer will begin on March. Our first batch of customer's contract will be up next month in time for the shifting in March. After which, we would shift customer batch by batch as it's impossible to instantly translation everyone on to the new system.

Can we sign up now or next month?

for people on Pure, are we going to get an upgrade or gonna wait till the contract run out? it feels kinda stupid 59.90 for an inferior package as compared to MR current offering. :(

congrats MR! probably too early comment on how the recontract/out-of-contract would work and how the system would transition but on my initial viewing, for those whom are out-of-contract, it might be easier (and less costly???) to terminate the existing connection and then re-sign up as a new subscriber. i'll give it some time to settle down before reacting on this. i guess MR would need all the hands it can get to work out the new sign-ups first ... CONGRATS again!

no matter what one is on, as long as tied to a contract after signing it, it remains a contract until dismissed by certain means.. and by signing the contract you agree to all the terms and conditions. so not likely..

Does this means that customers on the NC ONT must replace their device? Really need more details on you all being your own OpCo. Cause I'm the green pipe now which is under NC. If sign up now means I won't be able to reuse the NC ONT for port 2?

So if I were to subscribe now, will I have to pay the monthly subscription fee for this and the next month before I actually get my broadband activate? Or I only start paying the monthly fees after the installation of broadband? :s22:

Hope MR can come up with a precise FAQ for existing customers who wanna recontract for different scenarios so that it is easier to visualise.

Waiting for my free mths to end and to enter my 2nd yr before i recontract to this plan..

1Gbps/500Mbps is certainly very attractive. My contract is due in 1 week time.. can someone just sign me up on this new plan? :s22:

You can self-help? Hehe... ;)
I notice the upgrade portal is only useful for people with many months remaining.. my contract has only days to go.. :)

A friendly MR personnel has contacted me to offer help in helping me renew just minutes after my posting. Thumb up to the good service.
