Ehh, no eh. AFAIK the portal is for those whose contract is ending soon.

Like mine, on early Feb. :)

From what I read, MR will buy back existing user plan for $200.
My understanding of this arrangement is this $200 will be credited towards paying for the early termination charges only, if any.

My personal view is, if you termination charges works out to be less than or equal to $200, you can consider switching up. Anything more then you should still stick with the current contract first unless you really find the speed insufficient for your use.

As there is a change of Op-Co from NC to MR, it essentially 2 different connection and it is the responsibility of MR to manage this transition of Op-Co and only upon the successful cross-over should then the new service be considered commissioned will then user be liable to pay base on the new subscription fees.

Mine is in Jan and with some small complication from a previous arrangement. Not really a big issue but not within the options offered by that portal. :s13:

Hi guys! Contract with SH is running up and am planning to sign up with MR.

Got a question here: are there any significant real world differences between gamer plans and non-gamer plans that justify the extra 10 dollar a month? I do plan to start on World of Warcraft soon.

erm, i have 3 months 2 days remaining. how to go about it? or can someone from MR help to clarify all the questions raised in this forum so we can figure out how to go about it?

If I have Static IP on my current PURE plan and I want to renew to the ULTRA plan when my contract ends this coming March, do I have to reselect the Static IP option? Will I be charged $50 again?

I think doesn't really matter since I suppose we still have to wait for contract to end first. My last months are free so still OK :s13:

If the price will be the same by time our contract ends then then I guess not important to jump into it right now. However 1 year+ ago I took the gamble to join as a customer so I don't see why not again :s13:

wow, I've just installed MR on the 4th of Jan.
If I had known I would wait for 1 week and get this instead

any chance for customer like me to upgrade to this new plan ?

Sometimes good sometimes bad. Hit or miss from twitch.tv.

hi i can do the option of upgrading for 24months. what penalties are there for existing customer? the speed increase from Pure HD is alot.

The T&C did say for new or existing customers NOT on contract.

EDIT: think is we sign up now then when contract ends they move us to new plan. Correct me If I am wrong, Pikachu.
