my youtube doesnt load or in most cases move very slow. the video starts and plays for awhile then stop.

however it's fine on other websites and downloads.

what could be the case?

YouTube is subjective to the CDN policy which is currently being throttled by Google itself as they mistakenly DDOSed some ISPs.....
other than that, make sure you are on static and running ipv6...they load faster from my tests

Box - faster but free account cannot upload anything significant anyway
Dropbox - I believe dropbox is throttling. Cos it goes up to 17Mbps then drop to zero again even for web uploads and single big file.
