I am about to terminate my Maxinfinity contract 100mbps, and have their 1gbps plan installed.

Just want to ask for your opinions before it's too late to backup.

MR = better?
last time SH (mine still cable) throttling really sux even youtube sometime stutter.
MR definitely better, especially for BT. youtube mostly smooth.
usenet for some reason almost no difference.
but MR no bundle, no promo. see which one more important for you lor. got hubclub SH bundle not bad.

Good luck and hope you have good patience .You guys gonna need it .

Though I strongly advise you to post somethg at their fb to embarrass them to take action to call you .They dun come in hwz anymore ,so embarrassing them here doesn't work anymore liao .

I don't think it's about embarrassing them. I signed up for re-contract 300mbps last week, got a call today and installation on 26 June. If you are indeed concerned with your installation, just give them a call and ask for a date.

Peace out.

lol what is there to embarrass about? Should I chose to ask them, it will be just a question, where is the embarrassment?

Or do you mean to use harsh words, start scolding them on facebook? Thats a terrible thing that I won't do.

I don't care about promo/etc. However, how about gaming latency? SH has been performing great recently with 4mbps+ BT speed, smooth twitch and YouTube videos.

My main concern now is connection to US servers for games like starcraft 2

Sorry if my posts were defensive. But seeing how people are shooting MR down doesnt feel right. Try and see if you can get the same amount of customer support from the Big 3. They probably dont even give more **** than they have to.

Try posting on their Facebook. See what is the kind of response you get compared to MR.

I can see that many people blame MR even though when its OpenNet that is causing the delays etc etc. And they don't know that even if they change to another provider like VQ or the big 3, they still have to go though OpenNet.
