Intel Core i5, 2.40 GHz
Intel 82577LM Gigabit Network
Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200 AGN

Seems normal to me. Your network adapter also on the latest driver version?

Hey guys, my wireless seems to be hitting speeds of only about 8mbps whereas my lan connection is still acceptable of around 780mbps. Is this normal ? I'm using the ac56u

What devices are connected on wireless?

My MR 2yrs contract just up. Dunno if I shud recontract... Worried abt twitch, seems unstable on pure plan with 100mbps, read that upgrade to 1gbps will become even worse?? Lol. And is the appointment date issue fixed now?

Dont need to think, just switch to singnet. My neighbour downloads, torrents (avg 2-3MB/s) & streams twitch perfectly. Now they have 4-6 months free subscription even. makes it almost no brainer. Support is great, complain twitch not smooth they came to his place 3 times to try & fix, didnt work but about 1 week later it was solved. They claim need only 7 days for appointment.

MR in comparison, twitch is all but hopeless. This morning even video playback is a huge problem, streaming is impossible. MR support is terrible. Twitch issue has been outstanding for a long time but they patched it once couple months back but since then its gone bad to worse.

For $10 price difference a month. I'd go for 500mbps singnet over MR 1Gps. anyways 1Gps is never fully in use, its like asus router wifi speed claims, all theoretical. Fibre line is shared bandwidth. Depends how many users the telco allows per 2Mbps line at the exchange.

I think dramafever only works with a paid USA VPN and subscription

She didn't complain before we changed to 1Gbps, after changing she complained to me almost every night :s22:

Can't play games and can't watch her korean dramas and animes for her :s13:
