how to ? every things on their end. no response from CSO, Email, FB, Forum ... all MR staff left us for dead.

As consumers what can we do ? seriously ... who to contact ? IDA ?

Can self return the ONT? i thought there was some sort of de-installation fees to pay. Is it in the terms?

Actually now i'm in the contract, I'm also thinking if can terminate. grrr.

I was calculating and think M1 the 1gbps is the cheapest.

IIRC, few mths back, someone said we need to ownself return ONT... Not sure on this, need to call them up and ask.

Not gonna chase the 1gbps rat race. Besides, i have doubts that M1 will not throttle my internet or BT. At least VQ doesnt. Rather put my money where it is worth.

cannot do anything... just ask for information... ask engineer ... get back to me ...

when we say we have bad surfing experience, nobody believe... so we need a number... to show

I know there are some unaffected users, you guys are lucky... but doesn't mean u will always be lucky.... MR is unreliable nowadays

I'm not without MR issues.
I'm unable to get a consistent good twitch source streaming.
Serving web wise, it is either work or not.

normally even during peak hours i seldom get affected, but now youtube also will buffer, mega download speed less den 1mb/s also. scheduled maintenance is later right?
