Those of you having connection issues, can I check whether you are on opennet ont or the MR ont?

For those that problem only started after recontract from lower speeds to 1Gbps, did you have to change from opennet ont to the MR ont?

Technically there is no OpenNet ONT.

I believe you're referring to the Nucleus Connect ONT.

In that case, then yes. the users are complaining after being shifted from Nucleus Connect Opco network to under MR Opco network(Alcatel Lucent ONT)

Bro, are you staying at toa payoh lorong 1? I am encountering the exact same problem but I do not have any update from the CS. How you got to know about the joint check?

Is your network still down? Mine still is. Have to keep calling them and urge them to rectify the problem asap.

anyone paying their RP bill using credit card? I think RP may have double-charged my card. The amount on the card does not tally with the amount shown under my RP used account.

2 charges on 06 and 08 oct which is strange. I have not seen charges back to back from RP before.

Anyone or RP rep can help?

If 2 charges then invoice only 1 bill they have overcharged you then. but just double check the dates of the invoice first. Maybe they forgot to charge you previously and then now they charge twice in a row or something for current and next month (they bill and charge in advance)

if not email them. the email address of billing dept is on the invoice sent to you.

I have checked the RP invoices for the last 3 months. The monthly billing charges are up to date. Can't find the extra amount charged in the credit card in any of the invoices.

Will email them and hopefully someone is alive in RP billing department to reply...lol...

My last 2 correspondence with their billing dept they replied me during weekends so if they dont reply you its either they busy or they cant solve it or what. but anyway good luck, should be able to ask them not to bill you in next cycle or something. Asking them for refund is next to impossible IMO.

Yes. its still down. Day 5 of no broadband. I exceeded my data plan for my mobile for the first time. :/

The red exclamation mark turned Green but no go and no updates from CS.

Mine is still down as well, but with red exclamation mark instead.

Go buy a temporary prepaid broadband in the meanwhile, which I did because MR can't offer it as a interim solution.

Today they updated that the timeframe for open net to rectify the network in the area is 1 week. What the..... -_-

Not sure if IDA can help with anything.
