Can understand those affected one angry at MR FB this part i don't support MR doing especially those just sign up or recontract this year before the 3gbps plan come out. They paid 37.99-44.99 depending on plan for 1 gbps than after maybe 1-6 months they roll out 3gbps plan same price as 1gbps plan. So those affected one go complain outcome still same die die stick to 1gbps plan 2 years.

Already they angry because cannot upgrade 3gbps an than this few months all sh...it happens downtime no connection maybe 60% still on 1gbps and around 35% sign up this year Both things happened give you oso not song la.

Mr need to wake up theirs idea be more flexible next time should just give all free upgrade to all 1gbps that sign up or recontract this year or last year.

If they free upgrade they will have even more down times.

Was it down for you?
Wondering why somebody say it's down then others say it's 10G-> 1G.
So more than 1G plan will become 1G, and 1G plan will be no connection?

The issues with Starhub may be over.

Some MR users may still face some issues.

but the good image built up over the years is gone

the worst part was even business broadband is affected

slow speed is still tahan-able, but random disconnection is the worst fault for any ISP even for residential plans

liddat might as well use 4G/5G instead

MR does not care about existing user. They just want to reap as much new user for profit

Now when I connect to MR at home, mewatch not able to load with message saying region lock and the video is only available in Singapore. This only happen after the downtime yesterday. Before that no issue. Like I’m connected to network outside sg.

But it only happen on my mobile phone. On my tv connected to MR, no issue in watching mewatch.😵💫

"gamer" plan i don't think it's worth the extra price anymore

Ping to AU no longer 90ms
Ping to TW is pretty bad
Their custom route page are broken too

The previous ont is really good follow me near to 8 year even my previous first MR router uplorry the nokia ont still fighting strong. And one amazing thing is my previous ONT was dropped by niece a few times still can work.

This new nokia ont build look very fragile to me heavy weight i think if drop few times sure uplorry. And print finishing is not as smooth as the previous one. And the connection light is on top very obvious to see while the previous one is below low profile i like it a lot.

This new ont i can sense and feel lifespan should be around 2-3year normal use.
